Already restricted to one power unit 55011 (D9011) "THE ROYAL NORTHUMBERLAND FUSILIERS" was trusted with the 1D01 08:15 King's Cross - Cleethorpes service on 25thy July 1980. Unfortunately 55011 found itself in further trouble on the return 1A21 13:13 Cleethorpes - King's Cross service when 46043 had to assist from Peterborough into King's Cross, the pair are seen here passing Finsbury Park.
