On the 15th February 1967 D9013 "THE BLACK WATCH" approaches Newark Northgate with the 1A35 10:00 Edinburgh - King's Cross, "The Flying Scotsman" service. Full yellow ends had been applied to its two-tone green livery at Doncaster Works during a General repair one month previously in January 1967.
