Following flash-over damage to both main generators D9016 "GORDON HIGHLANDER" required a tow to works on the 8th August 1966. Class 25 No. D5203 (later 25053) hauls D9016 past Normanton shed, en-route from Leeds to Doncaster for repairs. No.16 would enter Doncaster Works the following day and was back in service by the 11th August.
