Released from Doncaster Works on Saturday 4th October 1969 following Intermediate repair and repainting into blue livery, 9017 "THE DURHAM LIGHT INFANTRY" returns to duty at the head of 1A29 16:32 Doncaster - King's Cross (piloting 274) on Tuesday 7th October. Note the 'D' prefix is now omitted from the number, the locomotive not running as D9017 in blue livery.
