An impressive portrait of 55018 (D9018) "BALLYMOSS" as it undergoes the King's Cross 'shuffle' on the 8th September 1978. No.18 had recently made two visits to Doncaster Works for power unit replacements, during 1978 to receive one unit was good - to receive two, during the chronic spare part shortages, was a miracle!!
