The remnants of Finsbury Park's handiwork with the paintbrush is still in evidence as D9020 "NIMBUS" rushes the 1A38 14:30 King's Cross - Newcastle northwards along the Stoke incline on 28th July 1962. D9020 was specially prepared by Finsbury Park during June 1962 for the inception of a full Deltic timetable and the centenary of the "Flying Scotsman" service on the 18th of that month - note the Gresley stock behind the locomotive.
