All that remained of 55020 (D9020) "NIMBUS" on Sunday 3rd May 1981 was one nose section. Deltic exhaust silencers can be seen in the background these could of also been from either 55001 (D9001) "ST. PADDY" or 55003 (D9003) "MELD". Skinhead class 31/0 No. 31015 awaits a similar fate behind.
