A rare photo of a blue Deltic with the 'D' prefix - D9002 "THE KINGS OWN YORKSHIRE LIGHT INFANTRY" waits for departure at King's Cross on the 18th March 1967. The locomotive became blue following a general repair at Doncaster Works in October 1966.
