55013 (D9013) "THE BLACK WATCH" entered Doncaster Works for its Heavy General Repair on the 25th May 1976, it was one of only five of the Deltic locomotives to receive such a repair. The locomotive is seen above on Sunday 5th December 1976 awaiting a test run prior to release, which came one week later.
