On the 3rd September 1978 British Rail ran a special from King's Cross to Lowestoft and return behind 55015 (D9015) "TULYAR" here the loco is seen at Lowestoft waiting to return to the capital via Ipswich and Cambridge, the tour having ran via Cambridge and Norwich on the outward leg.
