On Sunday 2nd April 1967 D9019 "ROYAL HIGHLAND FUSILIER" arrives at Doncaster with the 1A33 11:30 Newcastle - King's Cross service. Official records state that following its release from Light repair on the 15th March, during the previous month, the loco was refinished with full yellow ends. As can be seen the loco still sports small yellow panels and it is now believed D9019 never carried full yellow ends.
